Kinot

Lamentations or elegies, said or sung to mourn the fall of the First Temple and Second Temple in Jerusalem. Sometimes spelled kinnot or kinoth. Can also be used in observation of Yom HaShoah. Kinot were once dirges sung by professional mourners.
