Yom-Tov Lipmann ben Nathan ben Moses haLevi Heller, named Hagaon Harav. 16th century Polish-Bavarian rabbi and poet, who held the rabbinate at both Prague and Kraków. He is often referred to by the title of his most famous commentary on the Mishna, the Tosafot Yom-Tov. This three-volume opus, produced as a companion piece to the Bartenura, is still considered an authoritative commentary.
